About our presenter

Denise Phillips is the UK’s leading Jewish chef and cookery writer. She offers a wide range of cookery classes and an array of mouthwatering modern stylish recipes through this website, her books and in the media.

Denise has over 25 years experience and trained with renowned restaurateur Prue Leith before setting up her own successful catering business. Her quest was always to create Jewish cooking with exceptional style and a rich visual look.

Her modern approach to kosher cookery has been showcased on a myriad of TV shows including appearances on on ITV 2 and DKW Channel TV. Denise regular contributes the culinary section on The Jewish Hour and the Jewish Views. he's appeared on BBC Radio London with Robert Elms and many more and writes a weekly food column in the Jewish News as well as being a regular contributor for the Jewish Chronicle, Jewish Recorder and Jewish Vegetarian Society.
